2.1 Booking Process
When you book a tour or travel package with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for all travelers in your party. You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers meet the requirements for the booked tour, including but not limited to visa requirements, health conditions, and fitness levels.
2.2 Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
To secure your booking, we require:
- A deposit payment at the time of booking (typically 20% of the total tour price)
- Full payment at least 60 days prior to the tour departure date
For bookings made less than 60 days prior to departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
2.4 Special Requirements
If you or any member of your party has special requirements (such as dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or medical conditions), you must inform us at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements, but we cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met.
3. Cancellations and Changes
3.1 Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 60-30 days before departure: 50% of total tour price
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour price
All cancellations must be made in writing to us. The date on which we receive your cancellation notice will determine the cancellation fee.
3.2 Changes by You
If you wish to change your booking (such as dates, destinations, or services), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Change requests must be made in writing at least 60 days before departure.
3.3 Cancellation or Changes by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour if circumstances beyond our control require it, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, we will offer you the following options:
- An alternative tour of equivalent or superior quality (if available)
- An alternative tour of lower quality with a price difference refund (if available)
- A full refund of all monies paid
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
4. Travel Documents and Insurance
4.1 Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including:
- Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date)
- Visas for all countries you will visit or transit through
- Travel insurance policy documents
- Any required health certificates or vaccination records
We are not responsible if you are denied entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa, or other travel documents.
4.2 Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. Your insurance should cover at minimum:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Baggage loss and delay
- Personal liability
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have been advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1 Our Responsibility
We will provide the services as described in your booking confirmation with reasonable skill and care. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that:
- The accommodations and facilities described are available
- The services are provided by qualified staff
- The tours follow the itineraries as closely as possible, subject to local conditions and unforeseen circumstances
5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any changes to your tour due to circumstances beyond our control
- Any act or omission by third-party service providers (such as hotels, airlines, and local operators)
- Any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that results from events beyond our reasonable control
- Any loss of enjoyment or disappointment
- Any personal expenses incurred when a tour is canceled or altered
Where our liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the value of the services we provided.
5.3 Your Responsibility
During your tour, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries you visit
- Follow all reasonable instructions from our tour guides and staff
- Respect the culture, customs, and environment of the places you visit
- Behave in a manner that does not disrupt the enjoyment of other travelers
- Take responsibility for your own safety and well-being
We reserve the right to remove you from a tour if your behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive, with no right to a refund.
